Why watermark your photos?

A watermark ties a photo to you. It discourages others from reusing your work without credit, and it quietly advertises your name or brand wherever the image travels. For photographers, online sellers and anyone sharing original work, it is the simplest form of protection.

Text or logo — your choice

Text is the fastest: type your name or a copyright line and you are done. A logo looks more professional and is instantly recognisable — a transparent PNG works best, so the shape sits cleanly over the photo. The tool lets you switch between the two with one tap.

The same spot on every photo

Pick one of nine positions — a corner, an edge or the centre — and it is applied identically to every image you loaded. If you want it everywhere, choose the repeat option to tile the watermark across the whole photo, which is much harder to crop out. Adjust size, opacity and rotation until the preview looks right.
